AFFILIATE PROGRAM · VERSION 7 AUGUST 2026
NRUNO Affiliate Terms
Terms for participation in the NRUNO affiliate program, commissions and payouts.
The German version below is the primary contractual text. It applies together with NRUNO’s general terms and privacy policy.
1. Provider and scope
The NRUNO affiliate program is provided by NRUNO, owner Norbert Rauhut, Im Rühmt 35c, 22145 Hamburg, Germany, email: support@nruno.com (“NRUNO”). These terms govern participation in the NRUNO affiliate program.2. Participation and formation of the agreement
- Adults and legal entities may participate. NRUNO may reject an application following an objective review.
- The affiliate agreement begins when NRUNO activates affiliate access and the affiliate accepts these terms in the affiliate area.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential. Activity through the account is attributed to the affiliate where the affiliate is responsible for misuse.
- The affiliate acts independently. No employment relationship, commercial agency or authority to represent NRUNO is created.
3. Personal affiliate link and attribution
- Each affiliate receives a personal link. The link remains the same regardless of the selected customer promotion.
- A referral is attributed when a new customer uses the personal link and the attribution is technically recorded during the first registration or purchase.
- A “new customer” is a person who previously had no NRUNO account, trial or subscription. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and artificially generated referrals are excluded.
- If technical attribution is missing, commission is payable only if the affiliate can document the referral and NRUNO can clearly confirm it.
4. Three fixed customer promotions
In the affiliate area, the affiliate selects exactly one of these promotions:
- 30-day free trial,
- 50% off the first month, or
- 10% off for five months.
Custom discounts and combining promotions are excluded. A change applies only to customers attributed afterwards. Existing referrals keep the promotion stored when they were attributed. No commission accrues during a free trial.
5. Commission
- The affiliate receives 30% of the net subscription price actually paid to NRUNO by the referred customer, excluding VAT and after the customer discount.
- Commission accrues on each successful subscription payment while the referred customer’s subscription remains active and the payment is not reversed.
- No commission accrues on free periods, failed payments, free services or amounts not received.
- Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes and later discounts are deducted from open or future commissions. Overpayments already paid out may be offset against future claims or reclaimed.
- After successful payment, commissions remain “under review” for 14 days. They are then released as confirmed credit if no refund, chargeback or other correction applies.
- The account shown in the affiliate area is authoritative. NRUNO reviews confirmed commissions before manual payout. Statutory taxes or deductions remain unaffected.
6. Payouts and tax obligations
- A payout request can be made once confirmed available credit reaches at least €25.00. Unpaid credit carries over automatically.
- The affiliate may request an amount between €25.00 and the available balance and select a preferred payout date. The preferred date does not create a right to payment on that exact date.
- After review, payouts are made by PayPal or bank transfer. The affiliate must provide accurate billing and payment details.
- A requested amount is reserved until approved, rejected or paid and cannot be requested again during that time.
- The affiliate is responsible for declaring and taxing income, registering a business where required and providing legally required invoice details.
- NRUNO may withhold payout while required information is missing, there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or the underlying customer payment may still be reversed.
7. Advertising and disclosure
- The affiliate must clearly and promptly disclose the commercial nature of advertising where required by law.
- Claims must be truthful, verifiable and consistent with current NRUNO product information. Profit promises, guaranteed trading results, misleading return claims or the impression that NRUNO provides individual investment advice are prohibited.
- Spam, unsolicited messages, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, click manipulation, trademark infringement, imitation of official NRUNO pages and paid search ads targeting “NRUNO” without prior written consent are prohibited.
- Only NRUNO-approved logos, copy and promotional materials may be used and must not be altered misleadingly.
8. Review, suspension and corrections
NRUNO may review unusual referrals and payments. Where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, unlawful conduct or a material breach, NRUNO may temporarily suspend links or accounts and hold affected commissions until resolved. Incorrect statements will be corrected.9. Term and termination
- The affiliate agreement runs indefinitely and either party may terminate it in text form with 14 days’ notice.
- The right to terminate immediately for good cause remains unaffected, including fraud, manipulation, spam, unlawful advertising or false profit promises.
- Properly accrued commissions remain payable after termination. No new commission accrues on later payments if termination resulted from the affiliate’s culpable material breach.
10. Liability
NRUNO has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable loss. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. The affiliate is responsible for their own advertising content, channels and legal obligations.11. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing is provided in the privacy policy. Affiliates may process prospective customers’ personal data only on their own lawful basis and may not transmit it to NRUNO without permission.12. Amendments and final provisions
- NRUNO may amend these terms for the future where there is an objective reason and the balance of performance is not shifted unreasonably against the affiliate. Material changes will be announced in good time.
- German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protective provisions remain unaffected.
- If the affiliate is a merchant, public-law legal entity or public-law special fund, Hamburg is the place of jurisdiction.
