Right to withdraw
You have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving reasons.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to Norbert Rauhut, Im Rühmt 35c, 22145 Hamburg, Germany, or support@nruno.com. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects
We will refund payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, generally using the original payment method and without fees.
Early performance
If you expressly request service during the withdrawal period, statutory compensation may be due for the part already supplied. This request is collected and documented separately during a paid checkout.
