Can I try NRUNO for free?+
Yes. You can try NRUNO free for 14 days with one Connector access. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge after the trial. You then choose Starter, Pro or Business.
Does NRUNO limit the amount of monthly trades?+
No. All NRUNO plans include unlimited signal routing. You pay a flat monthly fee rather than being charged per alert or executed lot.
What happens if my internet disconnects?+
Your signal path continues. NRUNO is cloud-based, so signals flow from TradingView’s servers through NRUNO to cTrader Cloud. Your personal computer does not need to be online.
Does my computer need to stay on?+
No. NRUNO and the cTrader cBot can run in the cloud. Once set up, your own computer does not need to run around the clock.
Do I need my own VPS?+
No additional VPS is required for the intended cTrader Cloud setup. Future platform extensions may have different requirements.
Which platforms are supported?+
At launch, NRUNO connects TradingView to cTrader. MT4 and MT5 are planned for a later stage but are not part of the current offer.
Do I have to rewrite my TradingView strategy?+
Existing alerts should remain usable wherever possible. A personal webhook address is required for assignment. Depending on your current alert format, a small adjustment may be necessary.
Are stop-loss and take-profit required?+
No. Entry signals can be processed without SL and TP. When values are supplied, the cBot can use them. Exits may also arrive later as a separate signal.
Can I test without sending real orders?+
Yes. Paper mode is designed for exactly that. It lets you verify the full signal path before live orders are enabled.
What is the exact execution speed?+
NRUNO’s internal WebSocket processing takes less than one second and is optimized for fast routing. Total execution time and slippage also depend on TradingView, cTrader and your broker.
Does NRUNO promise profits?+
No. NRUNO routes signals but does not determine the quality of your strategy. Trading remains risky and results are never guaranteed.
How can I cancel my monthly or annual plan?+
Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled no later than five days before the next renewal date. For consumers, any automatic continuation after the initial term is for an indefinite period and may then be cancelled at any time with five days’ notice. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
